The villa spreads over two floors and features 3 bedrooms, one on the ground level and two on the first floor. Each bedroom has a TV, king size bed, and a closet; the master bedroom also has a balcony and a safe. While the upper floor bedrooms come with en suite bathrooms, the third bathroom with shower isn’t en suite but it is located on the ground floor where the third bedroom is. The villa’s pool area boasts a couple of sun beds and a very serene vibe. Next to it there is a sizable living room with a TV and a CD player where you can enjoy family entertainment during stay-in nights. Beside the lounge there is an open plan dining area with kitchen, featuring a 6-seat table and all the appliances needed for seamless meal preparation such as a stove, toaster, kettle, fridge, and a microwave. Those who prefer to dine out will be happy to know that there is a café-restaurant at the complex. There are multiple 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom villas available for rent at the resort. Also, a free shuttle bus operates several times per day to and from its sister resort on Chaweng Beach, where you can use the large communal pool and sunbeds on the beach. The villa is located in Chaweng Noi, 1.2 km away from Lad Koh Viewpoint. Free internet and daily cleaning are included in the rate.

Security deposit: A refundable security deposit depending on the Villa will range between THB 5,000-50,000 which will be required in cash on arrival please and refunded on departure less any charges that may occur!

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
