We are a family-based guesthouse, which offers a friendly homestay with insights into the Kashmiri culture. We provide clean rooms, each with private bathroom (hot water) and balcony. Our guests can take advantage of the house-garden and the view to the mountainside. Srinagar's sightseeing attractions, like Dal-Lake, Boulevard road and Nishat-Gardens are in the reachable walking distance. Guests, who would like to spend their time with trekking, rafting, fishing or skiing can be guided by the owner, who is a certificated guide. Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
