Tall birches grow on the plot and provide shade. There is ample space on the grounds for ball games. The house is located not far from a mini-golf course and shopping area. The sandy beach is located 500 metres away, where you will find a good ice cream kiosk with the largest ice cream cones in Denmark. You can also buy fresh fish at the beach. The house has been modernised and is located on a cul-de-sac. The house has a large bathroom with a shower and 2 bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes. The kitchen was renovated in 2014. There is an electric oven and a freezer as well as a refrigerator. You can spend the wonderfully long summer evenings on the terrace.
