A boutique homestay, high above Manali where the orchards and the mountains meet and the vistas of the high Himalaya greet you when you part the curtain in the morning, along with the sound of the Whistling Thrush. The Owner is one of the pioneers of adventure travel in India and still travels extensively today, but this is her home base, so if you find her in residence be sure to join her for a good whiskey or rum toddy and get some stories.
At the House, we have 6 guest bedrooms. There are a coffee lounge and dining room, a library with a beautiful balcony to sit and stare. Many corners in the gardens for a quiet read. This is a space for conscious living and welcome adults who want the real joy of the mountains.

Meal Plan:
A very fine breakfast is included in the cost as are all day teas and coffees from our beverage bar.
Costs for other meals are not included, though we are happy to provide both picnic or at home lunches of quiches, salads, or crusty bread on our lovely patio under the apple trees, or in the dining room if the weather is inclement. Dinners are available from our fixed daily menu. But we do request you give us the prior notice if you want either.
Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
