We call it Casa Brisa Del Estero which means house where breeze coming from close estuary refreshing this lovely spot. Location Perfectly situated on the Pacific Ocean, 2 blocks, secluded Langosta Beach, a National Marine Park where giant Leatherback turtles make their way up the white sand beaches to lay their eggs... A few steps from a world class surfbreak of Langosta and Tamarindo beach and few minutes drive form other famous surf spot like Avellanas and Playa Negra or beautiful Conchal beach Close to Everything! Within a five minute walk: Grocery/beverage store, tour booking and departures, many restaurants, one of the best surf breaks in the area, hotel with casino and wooded areas for bird watching

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
