This modern villa is an ideal summer base for two couples or a family. There are two bedrooms, both fitted with king size beds, TV units, vanity tables and wardrobes with slippers and bath robes. The master bedroom also has a balcony and a safety deposit box. There are two en suite bathrooms with all amenities; the master bathroom comes with a Jacuzzi tub while the second bathroom features a shower. Villa’s shared spaces are airy due to many windows, offering lush green views of the garden. The pool deck with two sunbeds is just in front of the living room so the indoor and outdoor spaces blend naturally. The kitchen and dining room are open plan with the living space. The kitchen is contemporary and of western style, featuring a stove, fridge, kettle and a coffee maker; the dining room table is set for 4 people. The living room is complete with an entertainment unit, a TV, DVD player and a surround system, and a comfortable sofa. The villa is owned by a resort with many additional facilities, such as 400 square metre pool, steam room and sauna, fitness centre, and basketball and tennis courts. It is also possible to rent several 1-, 2-, or 3-bedroom villas if you are travelling with more people. Bophut Beach is 900 metres away from the complex, and the resort provides free shuttle bus to and from Chaweng Beach twice per day. Free Wi-Fi and daily cleaning are included.

Security deposit: A refundable security deposit depending on the Villa will range between THB 5,000-50,000 which will be required in cash on arrival please and refunded on departure less any charges that may occur!

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
