There are two balconies where you can enjoy a refreshing beverage while taking in the lush island backdrop. You are bound to spend a lot of time by the community pool, lounging, swimming, and catching a sun tan. The bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms, king size beds, closets, blackout curtains, ceiling fans, and air conditioners. For added convenience there is an extra toilet, accessible from the living room. The villa has a spacious open plan lounge, kitchen, and dining room where the whole family can gather to enjoy dining and entertainment. There is a big flat-screen TV with dozens of Cable channels, plus a selection of DVD movies. Daily cleaning and free Wi-Fi internet are included in the rate. The villa is nestled on a hill in Bo Phut from which you can easily reach many different parts of Samui. Getting to Chaweng will take about 15 minutes by car while Maenam is 20 minutes away; the nearest beach and walking area are only 3.5 km away from the villa.

Security deposit: A refundable security deposit depending on the Villa will range between THB 5,000-50,000 which will be required in cash on arrival please and refunded on departure less any charges that may occur!

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
