Children: Let me preface this policy by admitting that we are the proud parents of small children. Infants and toddlers outside of their normal routines at home can be surprisingly restless and disrupt the Bed & Breakfast Experience expected by most guests. Because the guest house is a house and not built with sound proofing Like hotel rooms, sound does travel. We want everyone to enjoy their experience without those Awkward moments at breakfast after a sleepless night for the entire house. Please use your best Judgment with your child and their abilities.

Check-in/check-out: Rooms are ready after 12.00. Arrivals are possible at any moment during the day, however, Only after deliberation With us. If at your time of arrival in the morning the room is not yet ready, you can always Leave luggage at our B&B.
Breakfast: Breakfast is served between 08.30 and 10.00 o'clock a.m. and served in the Dining area.
Strangers: Strangers are not allowed into the rooms/apartment without the permission of the owner. Smoking: We are a NON SMOKING bed and breakfast. Smoking in therefore prohibited in the whole B&B. No Smoking, Candles or incense allowed on the property. Smoking is allowed outside. Alcohol, (soft) drugs the trade or use Of (soft) drugs and alcohol abuse are not permitted.
Housekeeping cleaning of the room: Our housekeepers clean all of the areas daily.
No Shoe Policy: Please kept shoes outside in-order to help us keep our home clean for all guests to enjoy. And you
