We welcome you to stay in our penthouse apartment located at Ribandar, Goa. We would love you to consider this apartment as your home away from home.
Our priority is to make sure your stay comfortable and a memorable one. The fully furnished apartment consists of 3 bedrooms along with drawing , dinning and a fully equipped kitchen. The caretaker – Madhav cleans up the apartment once in a day and is available for any extra work that you need,
Our apartment nicely accommodates 8 people, including children. Incase of extra guests, we do have extra mattresses. The entire apartment is air conditioned. There is a full length mirror and cupboard in every bedroom. The master bedroom is actually – 2 bedrooms combined to make one, it also has an attached balcony, a walk in closet and TV.
The living room has a very comfortable seating with a TV and a huge attached balcony which offers a panoramic view of the Mandovi River and Divar Island. The Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary is across the river leading to guests seeing beautiful birds sometimes passing by.
The kitchen is fully functional and has a gas, induction stove, microwave, fridge, pots, pans, crockery n cutlery. There is a washing machine and iron with an ironing board in the laundry. Our caretaker Madhav shall be happy to help you for all your grocery needs, if required.
The neighborhood
The apartment block is located in Ribundar and quietly nestles among the greenery on the hillock. From the apartment you can also overlook the small village and the lazy village life. One can also spot the local poder (breadseller) riding on his bicycle selling off freash pao and undos the local goan bread.
Experience the carefree and relaxed life on the holiday here. Old Goa churches are 10 -15 mins away from the apartment. Panjim market is 15 mins away. One can shop for the famous Goan cashews, Feni, artifacts or check the local restaurants serving you fresh and authentic Goan Food. You have various options from authentic Goan food – Mughlai, Thai, Chinese or Fast food too. Please do not miss out on the local bakeries serving mouthwatering pastries, patties and other confectionaries.
Getting around -
Taxis or self driven car hire can be easily arranged and is subject to availability. Charges applicable based on seasonality and payable directly to the taxi owner/driver. The apartment has a covered two car park space. Airport transfer by taxi can also be arranged at an extra cost payable directly to the taxi owner/driver. The taxi driver is a phone call away and is always happy to help.
Other things to note
The domestic helper comes in every day and only once a day. In case you need any extra work to be done please do coordinate with Madhav he shall be happy to help.

2)Please do send in photocopies of Govt recognised ID s of all the guests staying in the premises.
3)Check-in time is 12pm.
4)Check-out time is 10am

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
