The construction was completed in 2014 and it has been rented out from 2015.
This is a fully furnished bungalow with six luxurious bedrooms, a full operation modern kitchen, and a spacious living area. The location is scenic and very different from another villa, the amenities very modern but the ambiance very homely. The landscape offers serenity and calm tranquility that takes you away from the usual commercial feel of resorts and holiday homes.
This villa has 6 bedrooms, all with attached toilets, kitchen + dining and living room all facing lush green mountains in monsoons encasing Pandavgad. Each bedroom has its own private wooden deck. Two large verandas with skylights on the east and west side have direct access from the bedrooms. Each verandah has its own private dining area. This is our second homely bungalow in Panchgani having all the necessary modern facilities including Flatscreen TV in each bedroom and the living room with Tatasky connection, a fully equipped kitchen, well-appointed toilets and a CCTV system in common areas.
