The resort has been built in the ancient Kathkunia style –dry stacking stones and wood without cement. The inner walls are mud plastered to retain the native rustic charm. The resort is eco-friendly and gives you an insight into the local customs and traditions. There are 8 cottages including two Machan- style rooms.
The décor theme of each of the 750 sq ft cottage is built around the different culture flavors of Himachal Pradesh the décor of each room has been done up thematically, reflecting the tradition and culture of the state –deodar wood work, beautifully carved teak furniture, handmade Tussar silk curtains and traditional brass fittings give each room a cozy feel as you have come home. The resort provides daily housekeeping and evening turn down services.
All cottages are equipped with a king size bed,4-seater sofa, study, mini Fridge, mini bar, separate dressing area, fully furnished and equipped toilets and personal lawn. They also have private sit-outs. Lahaul and Kullu the Machan –Style cottages are the USP of the resort. They offer a sweeping view of the mountain landscape. Book the machans well in advance as they are most sought-after cottage because of their unique setting. The resort has multi-cuisine restaurants, a well done up cozy bar that stocks finest liquor from around the world and a fully equipped spa to pamper you.
