So, this is first time I'm writing a review. The experience compelled me to... To help people who refer to Trip Avisor. We booked Bhagvati Bhavan (Lonavala) through "SAHYADRI INN PVT LTD" Operated by Mr.Raj Cheaters, frauds, not at all interested in providing services bogus and fake people just in need to take money from customers. They want all their share in advance and until and unless you don`t pay them they will behind your life to make payment by calling you 100 times a day. And once they receive the money the actual face is revealed this people will stop answering you’re calling by giving an excuse that they are busy or not on duty today so they will not going to help you anymore. Their so-called mangers/caretakers ran away if any problem appears they left customers on road after seeing them. Bed sheets smelled BAD, and towels were awful and very un-hygienic. On constant calls to Mr. Raj I inform them that i am taking another bungalow and i asked them to reimburse me my fare, where Mr. Raj accepted and confirm that she will reimburse me my cost. After all these when i called them for refund on returning to Mumbai they have refused me, so i asked for my full refund and compensation, to my surprise even after all these things their owner Mr. Raj is not even bothered to call, mail or meet for anything I request you to kindly look into it and arrange me my refund at very earliest I advice all …please under any situation do not book travel or do any kind of transactions with SAHYADRI INN PVT LTD or their intentions are only to cheat nothing else …AVOID any kind of travel with them …. They do not care for their own respect, honor and reputations …how will they serve us? Their cell number: – 9819754109
