Situated at Chellarkovil village which is on the outskirts of the Periyar Wild life sanctuary(Thekkady), in the Idukki district of Kerala, S.India. The Villa we offer to the guests is a traditional Kerala house (wooden house), 140 years old.
This property is our ancestral place, suitably located on the Kerala-Tamilnadu states border. The guest house (villa) is surrounded by a spice garden where pepper, cardamom, clove , vanilla, coffee, tropical fruits etc. are planted. The house is remarkable for its calm, clean and quite surroundings. The steep Tamilnadu valley on the south east forms a close back drop to the villa. Panoramic view of Tamilnadu plains, a lovely cascade,a community ecotourism centre, sprawling spice plantations, high altitude paddy fields, bushes and cliffs, cloud -clad peaks, unending chains of hills of the Western Ghats etc. are the natural attractions here.
Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
